Day 2 - KANDY 
After an early breakfast, leave for Pinnawela where you visit the elephant orphanage, where about seventy elephants that have been found sick and abandoned by their herd are well looked after. Later proceed to kandy enroute visiting a spice garden and batik factory. After lunch commence a city tour of Kandy visiting the Kandy Market, Kandy upper lake drive, Gem museum, Arts & Crafts Centre. In the evening watch a cultural show. Dinner and overnight at the Queens hotel (or similar) in Kandy.

Day 3 - NUWARA ELIYA - BANDARAWELA
After breakfast leave for Nuwara Eliya, enroute visiting the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens where you will find a large variety of orchids, spice trees, palms, bushes, as well as tropical plants and flowers of all type. Further along your route you will find yourself in "tea country" where you can visit a tea plantation and factory. Arrive in Nuwara Eliya for lunch and a brief city tour. Later proceed to Bandarawela for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 - THANAMALWILA (Camping)
After early breakfast, proceed to the campsite at Thanamalwila. Where you will be staying for 2 nights. After lunch at the campsite proceed by jeep to the Udawalawe National Park. Return to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 - THANAMALWILA (Camping)
After breakfast, a guided foot trek to Sepala Wewa en route seeing a wide species of birds and their nests. Return to the campsite for lunch. In the afternoon go on a walking safari with an experienced guide to Debera Ara where the largest herd of elephants in Sri Lanka may be seen. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Day 6 - BENTOTA
After breakfast proceed along the coast to Galle. After lunch and a city tour of Galle, continue along the coast to Bentota where you can spend the next two days relaxing on the beach. Dinner and overnight in Bentota

Day 7 - BENTOTA
At leisure on the beach
(Meals on half board on the beach)

Day 8 - DEPARTURE 
After breakfast departure transfer to Airport.
